Upon your acceptance and approval, we will connect you with a licensed Mortgage professional to fill out the application before submitting it to the underwriting department. Underwriting will perform a secondary review of the program and product choice.
Once the final review is conducted closing is scheduled and the process is complete. The whole process usually takes about 4 weeks.
